    Job Description

    We are seeking education and enrollment specialists to join our team. We help the community join their public programs attached to the solar fields. Xcel Energy and Black Hills Energy customers have this option. It is free for customers to join, and they are guaranteed savings each month once the project goes live. We do not install any solar panels or equipment on the customers property.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Present and sell company subscriptions to new customers
    • Prospect and contact potential customers directly
    • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
    • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
    • Cold call, door knocking, and weekend events are all options for getting new customer

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
