We are growing and we are looking for an Internal Sales Associate (ISA) who is driven to learn about the fast-paced life of real estate to join our team. We need inside phone representatives to build business opportunities by setting high-quality appointments. You will be rewarded for results and setting appointments for our Team of Agents. Your compensation is based on a salary, plus commission/bonus for closings.  Responsibilities: • Must be professional on the phone, speak with a clear, mature and easy to understand voice. We are looking for someone who can strike up a conversation with anyone. • Bilingual is a plus. • We are looking for someone who can work a phone, handle a high volume of calls and be effective. We text and email too. All communications must be clear and professional. • We offer training and support to help you succeed and grow. • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments.  • Enter all information into our database. • Mindset matters, and much be teachable, as well as coachable. Qualifications: • This is a sales position and prior phone sales experience is required.  • Candidates must have at least 1 year proven phone success in the B2B or B2C environments. • Flexibility with schedule, this is a 7 days a week industry and we need full and part-time people for multiple slots. • Dependability is a must. You must be available to work your shifts and have dependable transportation. We work a variety of shifts and we are looking for staff to fill all time slots. • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written). • Must be computer savvy and be proficient in Microsoft office.  • A real estate license is preferred, but not necessary. • Sales call center experience is preferred but we are open to other sales based experiences. • Must be coachable, and willing to learn.  • Strive to do better and improve your skill set. Compensation: $30,000 - $60,000 Base plus bonus potential
