Ready Mix Plant Manager at Ruach Resources

Previous experience in aggregate and ready mix is strongly recommended.
Position: Ready Mix Plant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Williston Plant, ensuring efficient production of ready-mix concrete.
- Operate a loader to ensure no contamination of aggregate when loading the batch plant.
- Perform housekeeping duties, update inventories, conduct quality testing during and after pours, reset blocks, and service/grease equipment when not batching.
- Dispatch and organize trucks throughout the day, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of concrete.
- Coordinate with drivers and customers to adjust schedules and address any issues that arise during the delivery process.
- A Class B CDL and the ability to batch and deliver to a location is a significant advantage (THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE JOB).
- Troubleshoot the batch plant and recognize when to seek assistance.
- Train and manage team members under your supervision.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with ready-mix concrete, aggregate, and quality control processes.
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintaining the batch plant.
- Strong critical thinking skills, flexibility, and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Detail-oriented and conscientious.
- Experience with the Jonel batching and dispatching system is a plus (training provided).
