    Rubenstein Law is seeking to hire an Intake Specialist to join its growing Intake team in our Miami Office.     Our Intake Specialists are responsible for providing our prospective clients an outstanding telephone experience. It requires the right combination of phone skills, empathy, and knack to investigate to the root of the caller’s legal issues. Often the first point of contact for our clients, the Intake Specialist plays a vital role determining our client’s satisfaction.

    When our prospective clients call us for help, they are often going through an emotionally and/or physically difficult time. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be patient, courteous, diplomatic, and able to deal with various personalities and situations.

    This position encompasses administrative duties related to client intake and retention. OTHER REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - REQUIRED
    • Conveys confidence on the phone
    • Sets the tone and the pace of the client call
    • Shows empathy to clients and puts them at ease
    • Demonstrates excellent communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database entry
    • Ability to work with a variety of teams throughout the firm
    • Strong multitasking skills, highly organized, and detail oriented
    • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Able to work at a fast pace with a heavy call volume.
    • Treats the first and last calls of the day with the same care and compassion
