LOCATION: SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, CA

_SALARY: $80K - $85K ANNUALLY + BENEFITS _

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• DIGITAL MARKETING - Support Marketing department in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including drafting content, social media, email campaigns, website management and maintenance, etc. Collaborate with marketing team to plan and create effective and engaging content across multiple media channels
• GRAPHIC DESIGN – Bring your creative branding side and help with our graphic design content for all marketing campaigns and company branding needs.
• COLLABORATE with leadership across our family of companies to help tell the story of who we are and what we do.
• SALES SUPPORT – Maintaining collateral for Sales dept – Capability Statements, RFPs, Design Review, Communication templates, vendor relations.
• REGIONAL EVENTS / MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS – Support conferences and other major events through various marketing efforts, such as booth management, digital marketing, etc.
• PRESENTATIONS/CLIENT DELIVERABLES – Provide graphic design support in presentations and client deliverables– mostly in PowerPoint
• AD HOC ACTIVITY – Additional projects and duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• RELEVANT DEGREE IN MARKETING, GRAPHIC DESIGN, COMMUNICATIONS, OR SIMILAR
• 1-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A MARKETING TEAM PREFERRED
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• High-level design capability within industry-leading design programs
• Well-organized, efficient, and highly productive; excellent project management skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Positive and enthusiastic approach to projects and colleagues
• Good organization skills with an eye for attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new things to build experience and responsibility
• Open to travel for work when necessary
