Our location is a plus for those in the area – serving multiple clients both here and across the country. We have a need for an experienced professional to come and grow with us. Compensation and benefits are competitive, depending upon experience.

We serve clients in the legal, medical, entertainment, real estate, professional sports, retail communities, and not-for-profit communities. We have 20 + years’ experience in public accounting and we continue to grow.

The requirements for the full-charge bookkeeper position include:

• Extensive experience with Quickbooks is required
• Knowledge and experience in general ledger accounting including financial statements and balance sheet preparation
• Knowledge and experience in accounting controls and processes
• Experience and expertise in Excel and other office software required
• Extensive experience with payroll processing and payroll forms preparation
• Sales tax return preparation
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Project oriented with team and client interaction skills required
