Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and assistance to clients, as well as managing financial accounts and transactions. The Financial Services Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide them with customized solutions to achieve those goals. Responsibilities: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations, and provide recommendations to clients accordingly Meet regularly with clients to review their financial progress and adjust their strategies as needed Participate in business development activities, including prospecting and networking events, to generate new business and expand the company's client base Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, such as operations and compliance, to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Authorized to work in the USA : must have a valid social security number No felonies * No Degree Needed Ideal candidate No experience in financial industry needed. A plus for anyone with other foreign language skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships or be willing to learn Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make complex financial concepts easy to understand for clients Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction The more good you do in your community, the more your family can benefit.
