    The Marketing Team

Working closely with the Design, Operations, and Executive teams, the team aims to exceed revenue targets, elevate our brand status, and broaden our customer appeal. We learn fast to adapt to the ever-changing e-commerce landscape. 

    Job Summary

    We are currently seeking a Media Marketing Manager to join our team and run acquisition and media campaigns with 2+ years of experience. This role needs a detail-oriented, analytical, strategic, and creative thinker who is driven by data, is goal-oriented, is customer-centric, and has a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be excited about meeting aggressive goals and staying on top of a quickly evolving ad landscape. 

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to not only drive direct, measurable results through campaigns but to also participate in strategic planning on how to further expand our marketing program and develop our product. You’ll work on digital campaigns, as well as other growth opportunities such as OTT/TV campaigns, podcasts, and similar opportunities.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • With clear marketing KPIs in mind, actively manage campaigns, whose goals may be acquisitions, direct response or engagement; adjust audiences accordingly
    • Identify creative assets and write ads that engage target consumer segments
    • Manage bids, budgets, audiences, and all targeting settings
    • Plan and analyze A/B tests on all aspects of campaigns, including audiences, creative, and bids
    • Run campaigns across multiple channels, including: OTT/TV, Podcasts, Direct Mail, SnapChat, TikTok, and other emerging media platforms. 
    • Diligently monitor the performance of every channel and campaign
    • Determine actionable optimizations in order to continuously grow sales while hitting efficiency goals
    • Provide regular reporting on the health of campaigns to the marketing team and seek to automate certain parts of the reporting
    • Provide insights to help the full marketing team improve efforts, including messages that drive engagement and sales, the impact of promotions, and similar analysis.
    • Conduct market research of other e-commerce and competitor marketing best practices
    • Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of strategies and opportunities in paid media (attribution, best practices, betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.)
    • Communicate with the team on project status
    • Collaborate with contractors, agencies, and 3rd party vendors when needed
    • Lead different groups of individuals on ad hoc projects

     

     

    What You’ll Need to Have

    • Agency and/or e-commerce experience is a plus.
    • A proven track record and expert level of experience with Digital Media and/or advertising.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS).
    • 2+ years of experience in managing paid media or programmatic campaigns (OTT/TV experience is a plus)
    • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
    • Analytical with strong quantitative skills.
    • Team-player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented.
    • Excitement for start-ups and building from the ground up.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
