Ruggable is a growing E-commerce company that manufactures beautiful washable rugs.

We have an immediate need for a full-time sewing staff who can operate an overlock and single needle. The work environment is modern and clean, with high safety standards and a very friendly place to work.  This position will report directly to the Production Manager.  We are looking for candidates with experience, attention to detail, those who can work well in a team setting, and want long-term professional growth. 

• INDUSTRIAL SEWING MACHINES (SINGLE NEEDLE AND OVERLOCK)
• Ability to perform sergering and overedging
• Ability to lift 45 lbs and ability to sit for long periods, operating a sewing machine 
• 2 years machine sewing experience preferred in a commercial or industrial setting
• Guaranteed 40 hours a week; 
• Shift from 8-4 but can be flexible initially
• Ability to sew zippers in industrial environment
• Experience with woven fabrics (e.g., garments, denim)
• English as first or second language strongly preferred

• Máquinas de coser industriales (una sola aguja y overlock)
• Capacidad para realizar remallado y rebordeado
• Capacidad para levantar 45 libras y capacidad para sentarse durante largos períodos, operando una máquina de coser
• 2 años de experiencia en costura a máquina preferida en un entorno comercial o industrial
• Garantizado 40 horas semanales; 
• Cambie de 8 a 4 pero puede ser flexible inicialmente
• Capacidad para coser cremalleras en entornos industriales.
• Experiencia con tejidos (por ejemplo, prendas de vestir, mezclilla)
• Inglés como primer o segundo idioma preferido
