Rugiet Health is an Austin, TX-based growth-stage company aimed at disrupting the US Healthcare market by democratizing access to best-in-class compounded medications delivered through a bespoke/luxury online marketplace. Rugiet is operated by a small but passionate management team with deep industry experience in Clinical, Marketing, and Technology verticals.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Head of Growth. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the overall growth strategy and performance of the company. You will own Rugiet’s customer funnel to drive brand awareness and scale Rugiet as the best-in-class E.D. product As the Head of Growth, you will lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with marketing, sales, product, and other departments to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. This role will report to the CEO.
Please note, at this time we are only able to consider candidates in central Texas that can come into the Central East Austin office. Relocation is negotiable.
**Key Responsibilities:

- ****Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, user acquisition initiatives, and retention strategies.
- Drive down CAC while growing scale, awareness, and perception as a science-based, premium product
- Manage and optimize for LTV, ROI, and/or ROAS.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and market white spaces.
- Implement data-driven approaches to track and measure the effectiveness of creative and marketing strategies and product performance.
- Support the Go-to-Market efforts of new products and initiatives.
- Manage and lead agency partners in the development of assets for marketing campaigns and beyond.
- Build and manage a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocate resources appropriately.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven track record of success in a similar growth-focused role, preferably in a healthcare and/or startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to manage large marketing budgets and teams to support high growth.
- You are an expert in any form of large-scale media: Meta, Search, TV, etc
- Proficient SEO strategist capable of developing and driving the growth of a core program.
- Highly creative mindset, consistently exploring new ways to incorporate features from emerging ad channels and explore new funnel initiatives.
- Effective manager with the ability to recruit and develop talent, ensuring high performance aligned with our ecosystem's values and culture.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative growth strategies.
- Willingness to dive into details and exhibit scrappy problem-solving skills.
- Highly effective communicator and collaborator.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience:
- 8+ years of Growth Marketing (5 years as a leader) or other relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Healthcare e-commerce a plus
Hours of Operation:
- Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
