    ABOUT THE ROLE 

    Rugiet Health (“Rugiet”) is an Austin, TX-based growth-stage company aimed at disrupting the US Healthcare market by democratizing access to best-in-class compounded medications delivered through a bespoke/luxury online marketplace. Rugiet is operated by a small but passionate management team with deep industry experience in Clinical, Marketing/Creative, and Technology verticals. 

    We are looking for our first full-time Data Analyst to assist in multiple aspects of Rugiet’s business. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Finance & Operations and is an opportunity to join a promising and rapidly growing organization and develop skillsets/gain experience in different areas. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Maintain data flow for high quality and throughput completeness, accuracy & timeliness
    • Find, research, document, and implement highly creative solutions to problems using a wide range of technologies and applications 
    • Proactively search for areas to improve, streamline and scale using data, process, and systems analyses that measurably impact company financials 
    • Work across a mix of proactive projects and reactive support for business stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Experience, and Pharmacy 
    • Maintain and prioritize workload cases based on urgency 
    • Oversees the timely completion of a weekly and annual analysis of financial metrics 
    • Analyze financial statements, market research, and alternative data sources and provide the best process solutions 
    • Prepares reports and performs basic analysis in excel 
    • Works closely with and performs other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Operations and Financial Controller

     

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Bachelor’s degree required 
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
    • Knowledge of Subscription Model and SAAS Model preferred 
    • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment 
    • Strong work ethic with analytical and problem-solving skills 
    • High degree of computer literacy 
    • Strong attention to detail

     

    OTHER COMPENSATION: Potential to receive a performance-based annual cash bonus and to participate in the company stock option grants program

    Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm  Ability to commute/relocate  Austin, TX 78702: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) 

     

    EXPERIENCE: 

    Preferably 1+ years of direct or relevant work experience   Or recent graduate in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or computer science
