Our client in Cleveland, OH is seeking an On-Site Account Manager to join their team.

Essential Duties:
- Process all outgoing/incoming equipment repair work into the computer system
- Provide ongoing customer service and support to Customer
- Provide equipment inventory and service reports
- Conduct monthly/quarterly customer service review meetings
- Build strong business relationships
- Sell other business offerings of ICR within Plant
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED – Some college coursework preferred
- 5+ years of Customer Service, Inventory, and/or Logistics experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills
- Strong communication and social skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
