Our client in Cleveland, OH is seeking an On-Site Account Manager to join their team.

Essential Duties:

• Process all outgoing/incoming equipment repair work into the computer system
• Provide ongoing customer service and support to Customer
• Provide equipment inventory and service reports
• Conduct monthly/quarterly customer service review meetings
• Build strong business relationships
• Sell other business offerings of ICR within Plant

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED – Some college coursework preferred
• 5+ years of Customer Service, Inventory, and/or Logistics experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills
• Strong communication and social skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
