    Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to join their employee-centric team. They are a Commercial Construction Company offering huge growth opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    The HR Generalist is responsible for:

    • Helping to create an exceptional employee experience,
    • Maintaining HR policies, and procedures and a cost-effective employee value proposition,
    • General recruiting functions and scheduling,
    • Collaborating with the team for tracking employee training, development, and retention activities,
    • Collaboration with University construction management and engineering program leaders and liaisons,

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • A strong HR background,

    • A college degree in HR Management, Business, Communications, or related subject matter,

    • 10 years of prior experience in HR functions, in a professional services firm, preferably in commercial construction management services.

    • The ideal candidate will possess general HR knowledge and a practical understanding of labor laws.

    • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, and SHRM-SCP a plus.

    • The ideal candidate will be committed to creating an inclusive employee experience and be a champion of our core values of Competence Reliability Sincerity, and Care.

    • Experience with JEDI programs and a passion for inclusion is a plus. These are leadership-driven strategic initiatives.
