The ideal candidate will have:
A strong HR background,
A college degree in HR Management, Business, Communications, or related subject matter,
10 years of prior experience in HR functions, in a professional services firm, preferably in commercial construction management services.
The ideal candidate will possess general HR knowledge and a practical understanding of labor laws.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, and SHRM-SCP a plus.
