Runner/Maintenance Assistant

The ideal candidate for this position would be outgoing, tech savvy, eager to learn and a team player.

You would work in a probationary period for 514 hours and would be converted to a permanent employee at that time. Once hired, you would have access to BCBS health insurance which the company pays 100% of the premium, dental, vision, 401K with a company match, vacation and holiday pay plus an annual bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Running errands
• Delivering confidential legal documents to courts, attorneys and clients, etc.
• Assisting the mailroom, moving furniture, stocking kitchens, copy rooms and supply rooms
• Assisting maintenance and any other various tasks and office duties as they arise.
• This position requires out of town travel assisting teams at trial which requires loading and unloading rental trucks, lunch runs, dinner runs and any other duties as they arise. All travel, hotel and food is paid for by the firm.
• You will use a company card and have a company fuel card.

Requirements:

• Must have valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
• Ability to walk extensively and lift 50lbs
• Must be able to keep matters confidential
• Have basic knowledge of office equipment
• Possess skills necessary to follow instructions
• Must be able handle multiple priorities well and complete them under time constraints
• Must be able to work well with others
• Available to travel out-of-state for trial as needed
• You must have a professional appearance and demeanor and able to communicate clearly
