Description World class art exhibition is looking for Art Ambassadors to play a dynamic, interactive role with a specific focus on the guest experience. Located in Back Bay, Boston, full time and part time positions are available. These positions will be integral in providing a unique, memorable experience while ensuring the guests respect the integrity of the exhibition. These positions will start in early-to-mid November. Responsibilities: The Guests Representative will: Greeting guests as they enter the venue. Ensuring safety of our guests. Provide a high level of customer service by engaging guests, answering questions, resolving issues and providing service to ensure a great experience. Ability to perform and present information in a concise, legible manner to our guests. Work in a retail environment, able to stand for long periods of time. Performs other duties as necessary or required by management. Non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends & holidays as necessary) Qualifications: Experience in customer service, preferably in an attraction, entertainment or hospitality environment. - Highly motivated, enthusiastic and willing to engage guests and work in a busy, interactive environment. Multi-lingual capabilities a plus. Energetic and outgoing personality with a creative, and a proactive approach to work. Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
