Job Description
We are seeking a creative and organized individual with knowledge in communications, graphic design, video production, and editing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting social media strategy and execution. This role requires a detailed understanding of publishing tools and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
The successful candidate will be proactive, possess impeccable attention to detail, and demonstrate a strong understanding of social media dynamics. Additionally, they will be responsible for content creation, and website management, and will play a crucial logistical role in medium and large-scale events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Concepting, shooting, reviewing, editing, and updating video and photographic content for social and web platforms
• Management, administration, and permanent updating of the websites and social networks of the organizations
• Developing, and producing high-quality, timely content for digital, print, and social media communications.
• Monitor analytics to track the success of campaigns and adjust strategy as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to establish creative ideas for events objectives and provide solutions
• Create visually appealing designs, including flyers, presentations, reports, folding brochures, roller banners, and other digital and printed assets as needed for events.

• Support the logistics, activities, and events of the organization
• Continuously brainstorm and execute new ways to engage different audiences
• Stay up to date on platform trends, product launches, PR efforts, and brand campaigns
• Participating in new business pitches as needed
• Planning and delivering content in collaboration with team / creative leads
• Availability to work (eventually) at night, Saturdays, or Sundays, when required by events
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Previously produced video and photographic content for other companies with social media accounts
• Fluent across a variety of social channels as an active and passionate participant, including but limited to Instagram (Reels, Stories, In-Feed), TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook
• Ability to concept and execute content end-to-end across platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with sponsors, colleagues, and management
• Have experience with Adobe Suite of programs (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
• Level of skill and comfort with shooting, editing, and using in-app tools
• Familiarity with using social data to help dictate content creation
• Familiarity with social trends and how to use them to inform creative concepts
• Familiarity with using platforms like Dropbox, Squarespace, Canva, Brevo, Eventbrite
• Ability to write short articles for the website
• Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
• Ability to Work autonomously and productively
• Attention to detail, strong follow-through skills, and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Creative and dynamic
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Communications, marketing, or a similar field
• Proven work experience as a Content Creator and/or with social media platforms (2 years)
• Experience creating strong, engaging content
• Spanish is a plus (not required)
