Responsibilities: • This role is centered around database conversion, appointment setting, and relationship building, constituting 100% of your responsibilities. • You'll need to engage in multiple high-energy phone conversations throughout the day while working from the office. • A strong drive and initiative are essential traits for success in this position. • You should be assertive in achieving results, particularly in securing meetings with key decision-makers daily. • Collaborate closely with field sales to coordinate and execute meetings effectively. • Provide daily reports on your activity and outcomes. • Actively seek opportunities to enhance your performance through coaching and feedback from management. • A growth-oriented mindset, receptive to new ideas and coaching, is crucial. • Schedule appointments for agents and manage their calendars accordingly. • Be open to training and adopting new systems that contribute to your success. • Efficiently manage your day using time-blocking techniques. • Navigate databases proficiently and establish follow-up pipelines. • Demonstrate the ability to multitask, utilizing multiple systems simultaneously while engaged in phone conversations.
