Responsibilities: • Help prepare budgets • Manage all competitor, customer and market research • Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies • Regularly review and adjust scripts for applicable market changes and continually update and coach agents Qualifications: • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor • Proven organizational and planning ability • Problem analysis and problem-solving • Experience with relevant software applications • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience Compensation: $65,000+
