Responsibilities: • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Qualifications: • Great communication and social skills • Technology driven • Self-motivation and drive • Past sales experience is preferred • Show good organizational and time management skills • Must have an active Real Estate License/or be currently in school in the process of getting licensed • A learning and growth mindset • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Compensation: $100,000+
