Responsibilities: • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications: • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Present yourself in a professional manner • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Real Estate License Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
