The Rural Health Grant Analyst plays a central role in ensuring that grant-funded initiatives across Indiana are executed with strong financial stewardship, programmatic integrity, and data-driven accountability. This position leads subrecipient monitoring and compliance efforts, helping ensure that organizations receiving funding meet both state and federal requirements while delivering meaningful health outcomes.
Working across finance, program, and data teams, this role serves as a key partner to Division Directors, subrecipients, and statewide stakeholders. The Analyst not only evaluates compliance and performance but also helps build the systems, tools, and relationships that enable subrecipients to succeed. This is a highly visible role within the broader Rural Health Transformation Program governance structure, contributing directly to strategic oversight, audit readiness, and continuous program improvement.
