Our client is leading Indiana’s 5-year Rural Health Transformation Program, including the Make Rural Indiana Healthy Again Regional Grants, a historic $600M investment to strengthen healthcare access, prevention, and system resilience across 64 fully rural and nine partially rural counties. This initiative brings together state leadership, healthcare providers, and community organizations to design and implement solutions that reflect local needs while advancing a shared, statewide vision for better health outcomes.

The Rural Health Transformation Project Coordinator for the IDHS EMS Division serves as the primary internal point of contact for coordinating rural health transformation efforts across EMS and partner agencies. This role is critical to ensuring that initiatives remain organized, aligned, and moving forward in a complex, multi-agency environment.
You will work closely with division leadership, state agency partners, and program teams to facilitate communication, manage documentation, and track progress across initiatives. The role blends coordination, communication, and operational support, helping leadership maintain visibility into timelines, deliverables, and emerging challenges.
