FAM Realty Group is hiring agents in Julian and surrounding areas who want to grow their land and luxury listing business with real leads, full backend support, and a marketing team that helps you stand out in a unique market. We work with move-up buyers, high equity sellers, investors, second-home owners, and buyers looking for space, views, and privacy. You bring the expertise and relationships. We provide the systems and leverage. We’ll bring the leverage so you can bring the listings. Responsibilities: • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Compensation: $120,000 plus commission
