    Are you looking to take your successful experience in sales, and develop into a full-time mentor of others? Or do you already have experience training others and wish to take your talents to a new organization? Become a key player in the onboarding and development of insurance agents at one of the top 50 property and casualty companies in the country. At Rural Mutual Insurance, you will facilitate all aspects of a new agent’s learning experience and be a champion for sales force development. Position will be based in our home office in Madison. In addition to salary, position will be eligible for a bonus and complete benefits package. Responsibilities: • Ensure our newly hired agents have the knowledge, information, and resources to become successful in their careers at Rural Mutual Insurance. • Support agents with continuing education in sales techniques, product knowledge, system & process changes, and company insights. • Perfect and implement a training plan for Agents, from Day 1 of their onboarding through their first 90 days of training, as well as key transition phases of an agent’s career. • Facilitate in-class training instruction, coordinate training schedules and agenda, and process agent expense reports. • Work in partnership with Subject Matter Experts and Instructional Designers to develop classroom content, job aids, and other educational materials. • Evaluate and track the effectiveness of training efforts and make refinement recommendations. • Support agents in their understanding and usage of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills: especially in training & presenting. • Outstanding coaching skills. • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and organization skills with attention to detail. • Proficient computer skills, experience with a CRM preferred. • Passion for developing others. • Experience in insurance sales or sales training. Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 yearly DOE
