Responsibilities: Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met • Drive sales revenue by insuring Auto, Home, Life, Farm, and Commercial clients Qualifications: Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued At least one year of experience as a sales representative • Candidates must have a strong desire to succeed and have a "Hunter" sales mindset • 1 - 2 years of Outside Sales experience a plus Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 plus bonus
