Job Description

We are looking to hire enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to be the face and voice of our client’s brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various venue partners. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as: communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback and representing the brand at events.

To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong interest in helping people. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or a similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles. Our brand ambassadors will be provided with full training including product knowledge.

BRAND AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Familiarizing yourself with the client
• Educating customers
• Building rapport with customers
• Monitoring customer feedback and retain existing customer accounts
• Tracking sales metrics and reporting them to management
• Representing the company at local venues, events, retailers, and trade shows
• Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
• Sell and advertise our client’s products to consumers

BRAND AMBASSADOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Prior experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
• Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
