BAR MANAGER | full time. 5 years bartending experience required. Management experience preferred. The Bar Manager is expected to have thorough experience and knowledge in service and bartending. The Bar Manager will have direct oversight of all bar staff and procedures. Responsibilities include setting and maintaining par levels, ordering all bar-related supplies, and ensuring proper cleaning is performed of all bar areas. The Bar manager will train and schedule all bar staff. In addition the Bar Manager is expected to open and close the restaurant as scheduled, and assist in training and overseeing all other Front of House positions throughout service. The Bar manager will set the standard for cleanliness and consistency. The bar manager’s focus should be to constantly improve upon the bar program, creating new cocktails, and elevating bar staff’s skill level and service staff knowledge.
