- Production of a weekly changing and seasonal menu - including all menu elements
- Assisting Executive Chef in developing menu items in a collaborative team environment
- Exhibiting a detail oriented, focused, and efficient work ethic
- Previous culinary experience and education is beneficial but a positive attitude is a must!
