Responsibilities: • Managing the office • Work with social media platforms with Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram • Work with California Association of Realtor forms and contracts • Communication with affiliates • Communication with clients and agents • Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission • Coordinate events and attend with the team • Managing CRMs and tracking performance Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Loves residential real estate • Shows ability to finish very detailed work quickly • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour PLUS Bonuses
