Responsibilities: Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Has a real estate license Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone At least one year of work experience in real estate sales Compensation: $100,000+ potential
