    The company is looking to hire an experienced recruiter with exceptional sourcing skills to help accelerate our ambitious hiring goals.

    As a Professional Recruiter, you will play a key role in partnering with hiring leaders in Device Companies to develop and execute sourcing, interviewing, closing, and hiring strategies. You will maintain high recruiting standards with a focus on candidate experience at all stages of the recruiting cycle.

    What You'll Do

    • Develop and deliver and an execute a recruiting plan that can deliver top candidates across startups, midsize and well-established companies.
    • Managing the process from posting through day-of-hire including:
      • Partnering with hiring managers to determine the right talent profile for each position.
      • Consult on the development of appropriate job descriptions for the positions you support.
      • Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
      • Posting new positions on various job boards
      • Screening resumes
      • Cold Calling passive candidates
      • Performing zoom and phone interviews with candidates
      • Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
      • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
      • Sit in on Hiring Manager phone interviews as appropriate and debriefing afterwards.
      • Following up on the interview process status
      • Administering any additional assessments as needed
      • Making salary and relocation recommendations to the company's hiring managers
      • Performing reference and background checks as appropriate
      • Make recommendations on the offer letter packet including following up with candidates to ensure signed documents are received timely.
      • Support any candidate or Hiring Manager questions or concerns post offer.
    • Maintaining strong partnerships with external clients and candidates to ensure staffing goals are achieved in a timely manner.
    • Responsible for any creative changes, improvements, and approaches concerning the sourcing strategy to ensure quality hires based on timeliness, talent, and cultural fit.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with the Client Companies; hiring managers, HR and other relevant groups and organizations to create a pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Serving as a liaison with external sourcers, vendors or other resources that provide you the most successful recruiting environment.
    • Drive a strong candidate and client experience through a high-touch and consultative recruiting process.
    • Maintaining all data reporting and recruiting process tools in the ATS and other support tools
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Who You Are

    • 3-5 years of experience in full lifecycle agency recruiting environments
    • 2+ experience of success in a sales environment, including Cold Calling
    • Must demonstrate a positive go-getter demeanor and can demonstrate customer service success.
    • Experience placing all levels of employees from entry level to senior level candidates highly preferred.
    • Experience partnering with Hiring Managers to define recruiting requirements.
    • Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
    • The ability to meet recruiting goals and key performance indicators.
    • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the selection process and successfully manage challenging assignments required.
    • Superb written, oral and presentation skills
    • Excellent telephone and zoom demeanor.
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Able to work remotely and flexible to work in the office as needed.
    • The ability to work in a draw/ commission environment.

    Projected Income

    • $100K - $300K income potential per year through commission, DOE
    • Standard holidays and up to 5 weeks per year time off
    • 401K with 3% matching after 1000 hours
