    Who We Are

Our Client transforms radiopharmaceuticals from diagnosing cancer to actively controlling delivery of external-beam radiotherapy by leveraging individual tumor biology. Designated an FDA Breakthrough Device, biology-guided radiotherapy automates targeting and motion management to overcome long-standing barriers preventing definitive radiotherapy for metastatic disease. In strategic collaborations with radiopharmaceutical companies, RefleXion is co-developing and co-commercializing disease-specific radiotracers for difficult to treat late-stage cancers.

    About This Role

Reporting to the Director of Electrical Systems, the Electrical Systems (ES) Manager (FPGA) will be part of a team of talented Electrical Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers in radiotherapy treatment delivery, planning and medical imaging. The ES Manager is responsible for the design and architecture of their x86, ARM and Xilinx MPSoC embedded computing platforms and the implementation of FPGA firmware. On a daily basis the ES Manager leads a team of FPGA and firmware developers and oversees their architectural and implementation effort. The ES Manager is responsible for technical documentation, requirements and purchase specifications for any (sub-)systems that might be outsourced to third-party designers or consultants.
