The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to redefine the way we recruit for our talent as we continue to grow. In partnership with our people and leadership teams, you will be responsible for defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy for a variety of prioritized roles. You will partner closely with our leaders to identify and attract the best talent for the organization. As a key member of the team, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and build a unique approach to attracting talent. This role will be reporting to the Head of People.
Specific Responsibilities also include:
Own full cycle recruiting with ability to flex into technical requirements and a keen interest in building teams in healthcare.
Creatively source, engage and build a pipeline of passive candidates
You are the go-to person who will advise hiring teams and own the recruitment
strategy to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.
Use a combination of recruiting techniques to build and engage networks,
assess, and hire top-of-class talent.
Define, design, and implement leadership recruiting programs and drive sourcing
strategy recommendations for a variety of roles.
About you:
8-10+ years’ experience as a full-cycle recruiter, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter.
A recent track record of hiring top-tier, hard to find roles
Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing passive candidates
You thrive at building collaborative relationships across a dynamic organization
Startup experience at a Med Tech company, or comparable experience in a high
growth recruiting environment
Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers, senior leaders, and
interview teams to build out an effective, efficient, and inclusive processes
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and can influence at all levels
Results oriented with superior research and sourcing skills
A passion for embracing diversity in your hiring process

Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and
recruitment.
