TITLE: Corporate Paralegal

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA

SUMMARY: Our client, at top international law firm, is looking to add a corporate paralegal with 3+ years of corporate and securities experience to its San Francisco office. Ideal candidates will have experience with private and public company financings and mergers, including coordinating closings and preparing related documents; preparing legal opinions and assembling opinion back-up; preparation of corporate and securities filings, organization of corporate records for both private and public companies; preparation of stock certificates and ledgers; and other tasks as assigned by attorneys. QUALIFICATIONS:

·       BA/BS degree required.

·       3 or more years of corporate paralegal experience, with at least a few of those years at another large law firm.

·       Familiarity with Carta or Shareworks a big plus.

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·       Detail-oriented while juggling multiple tasks at once.

·       Able to handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly
