Our client, a leading women's fashion retailer, is looking to add a talented remote Retail Business Operations Manager to join their growing team.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Retail Business Operations Manager will be responsible for helping support the development and execution of medium- to large-scale, cross-channel, and cross-functional initiatives in support of retail growth & continuous improvement goals. The role will provide support by facilitating project management activities, such as: preparation of materials, capturing meeting notes, distributing action items, ensuring follow-up/accountability, and sending status reports. The role may evolve to contribute to process design & improvement, project governance, organizational facilitation activities, and execution of implementation activities. Additionally, the Manager Business Operations will be expected to act as a catalyst for change by working collaboratively to achieve shared goals, drive an open and inclusive working environment, act with a sense of urgency, and build relationships with internal partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 4-7 years of demonstrated strategic and analytical project experience
• Project management skills - preferably in the Digital space (i.e. experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects and teams)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confidence and comfort leading cross functional discussions
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
