    • We are looking for candidates maybe 2-3 yrs out of college in the financial services space.

    • If they experience in internal audit, it would help.

    • This position will be more administrative.

     

    This role will focus on partnering with our Bank Governance team to ensure that BTC fulfills our fiduciary responsibilities and adheres to all applicable regulations.   You will be working closely with all levels within Global Client Service team in reviewing and reconciling Account information by using firm's  proprietary internal systems.  Additional responsibilities include: • Contributing in a culture where all members of the team are motivated to go above and beyond, think globally and creatively • Researching and resolving problems and deficiencies in a timely manner • Meeting appropriate timelines within expectations and follow up within that time frame for deliverables and inquires requested by key stakeholders • Understanding flow of client, market and fund information across the firm and external data providers • Participate in projects and/or remediation efforts as needed • Constantly evaluating systems, processes and procedures for inefficiencies and making recommendations for improvement • Understanding the risk environment within the department – promoting risk awareness, assessment and control

    Skills:

    • Keen interest in investment products with a preference of 1-3 years of financial services experience, especially investment management • Excellent client service skills, maturity and judgment in dealing directly with clientele • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills are essential • Outstanding work ethic and willingness to contribute beyond the scope of one’s role to achieve team and firm objectives • Excellent attention to detail, extremely accurate and well organized • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information, summarize issues and think in inventive ways • Sharp control/risk mitigation mentality with ability to know when to raise issues

    Education:

    • BS/BA in business, finance, accounting, economics, or other liberal arts major
