Job Description
Our Client is looking for a L&D Coordinator to join their team. This is a REMOTE ROLE FOR 8 MONTHS.
Must haves ideally are training development/deployment and outsourced vendor management expertise.
LOCATIONS: Austin, San Francisco/Bay Area, Seattle, New York, Chicago - Austin is preferred due to it being closer to the stakeholders, but we are flexible
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, education or other related field
- 5+ years working experience within any of the following fields: sales operations, sales training, or sales enablement
- Proven experience prioritizing work project managing and maintaining a backlog
- Experience assessing educational needs and building training content
- Strong history of managing strategic projects with cross-functional teams, preferably with global scope
- Crisp communication and presentation skills with a proven history of success working with executive level leaders
- A desire to collaborate and leverage knowledge in order to increase efficiency across many different teams at Facebook
- Sophisticated stakeholder management skills including experience influencing others and building bridges
