JOB TITLE: Collections Manager
DURATION: Full-Time (Permanent)

WHAT YOU’LL DO FOR US:
Our customer support specialists are responsible for providing the best service in the industry while performing administrative tasks associated with invoicing customers and paying vendors. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will ensure that we have adequate documentation associated with each of our services rendered. By doing so, you will work to ensure we invoice all customers and pay our servicing carriers in a timely manner.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Collections Manager is responsible for management of an AR Portfolio, researches and resolves over and under payments and facilitates the collection of past due invoices, while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Collections Manager works collaboratively with Customers, Agents and Sales Reps and reports to the Leader of Customer Support – Collections.
