    PROTECTIVE OPERATIONS ANALYST

    The role of the Protective Intelligence Team is to apply the active and passive tactical and operational processes to proactively identify, assess and recommend mitigation strategies to deter or prevent threats to the protectees. The Protective Intelligence Team supports intelligence-related tasks including research, assessments of risk and threats, producing advisories, executive protection support and operational methods.

    The global presence and the nature of Global Security operations require the Protective Operations Analyst to be available 24/7 to manage relationships, collect and analyze relevant information, and communicate with leadership and stakeholders as needed.

    The ideal candidate will be an analyst who is proficient in advanced analytical and investigative techniques to develop tailored intelligence products, and has an excitement for corporate security, analysis and problem-solving. The candidate will be part of a global team and be responsible for monitoring all-source information to proactively identify and assess risks and threats that could impact Executive Leadership Team and brand reputation. This is a cross-functional role that partners closely with Executive Protection and other Global Security and internal teams.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Produce intelligence reports and multi-disciplined assessments
    • Conduct assessments and triage cases of threats or unusual interest made towards ELT
    • Communicate clear and concise actionable intelligence for situational awareness to the Executive Protection team on assignment
    • Analyze and assess risks and threats to executives across the designated region/function
    • Monitor all-source information to proactively identify and assess threats that could potentially impact global executives and business operations
    • Complete team projects and products at the direction of management
    • Support an environment of protecting ELT and brand reputation through proactive intelligence reporting, intelligence and information sharing, overwatch support of ELT protection teams and partnering with Global Security and cross-functional partners
    • Utilize structured analytic techniques to develop tailored intelligence products and provide threat warning notifications to decision-makers, regionally and globally
    • Gather and analyze data to facilitate improvements in the methodologies, tools and techniques to enable the team to scale and optimize operations to mitigate potential risk
    • Appropriately leverage resources, technology, information, and tactics in a manner that protects brand reputation and minimizes risk
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other business partners to effectively support their respective operations
    • Develops and sustains a collaborative partnership with Executive Protection and other regional security teams
    • Drive a respectful team culture centered on open communication, sharing, listening, and recognition of team members at all levels
    • Follow company procedures and processes as it relates to Global Security best practices, and handling of confidential information
    • Flexible work schedule, able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
    • Travel to regional and global offices and events annually (<10%)
    • Reports to Global Protective Intelligence Manager, Global Security Protective Operations

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related discipline
    • 5+ years of work experience in analytical, investigative and/or executive protection disciplines (former 1811’s and 0132’s are encouraged to apply)
    • Analytical and problem-solving experience
    • Experience working with confidential information
    • Experience completing multiple tasks simultaneously and functioning with minimal supervision
    • Experience working in both individual and team environments
    • Experience working with various social media, open source monitoring tools; i.e. Dataminr, Brandwatch, Google Suite including Alerts, Liferaft by Navigator
    • Masters degree
    • Foreign language, global work experience, travel, and professional network development
    • Intelligence briefing experience
    • Executive Protection, security, investigative or analytical experience
