We’re currently hiring 2 Safety Account Managers (office-based). This is not a remote position.
Location: 3333 Warrenville Rd #200, Lisle, IL 60532 (in person)
Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday, day shift full time (Day off on weekends)
Languages: Russian + English (required)
Industry: Trucking / FMCSA / DOT compliance

About the role:
We’re a US-based compliance consulting company helping trucking businesses stay safe, legal and audit-ready. This role focuses on driver onboarding, document management, safety tracking and client communication.
What you’ll do:
- Communicate with clients & drivers (Russian/English)
- Review driver applications & maintain DQFs
- Track expirations (CDL, med cards, MVRs, etc.)
- Coordinate Clearinghouse & drug/alcohol testing
- Monitor inspections, violations, crashes
- Assist with DOT audit prep
- Work closely with Safety, Legal and Client Support teams
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian & English
- At least 1 year of in-person work experience in the U.S. involving paperwork/document handling
- Organized, detail-oriented and good with following-up.
- Should be comfortable speaking over the phone if clients prefer to talk over the phone if they can't chat.
- Should know how to use a computer and comfortable with Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
✈️ Note: Occasional travel to assist with audits (few times a month, during weekdays only that will take 1-2 days). All expenses covered.
We do a 2-day unpaid training trial so you can see if the role is a good fit.
