Title: Inside Sales Specialist

Shift: Day shift, in office M-F

Pay: $26.00 to $30.00/hr

Who we are:

Our client serves has been a dominant player in the tube threading market, introducing the first carbide tooled pipe threading machines.

Inside Sales Specialist Role:

As a full-time Inside Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our clients Sales Team. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will work with established and existing customers to develop and grow revenue.

Inside Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

• Communicating with existing customers in all phases of the sales cycle.

• Generating and submitting quotes to customers in a timely manner.

• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.

• Follow up with quotations and sales.

• Addressing emails to clients and customers on all questions or concerns.

• Contribute to team effort between customer and production.

• Perform administrative duties as needed.

• Enter Sales Orders into the system and process them for Production.

• Managing terms and conditions and contract regulations.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager, purchasing and engineering to determine key goals and objectives.

• Monthly meetings to revise and improve goals and progress.

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.

• Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills that would allow the candidate to contribute in a team environment to accomplish the goals of the team supporting the overall company goals.

• Familiarity with Customs Documents and Incoterms is a plus but not required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

• Blueprint reading with a firm understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing is a plus but not required.

• Must have strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented.

• Ability and willingness to learn and growth oriented.
