    Who We Are:

    Our client has a new opening for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team based at our headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. Our Inside Sales team is a key collaborator with our regional sales teams and developmental role for those desiring a career in Sales.

    Inside Sales Role:

    Under moderate to high supervision, the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) provides direct sales support for field sales regions in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers. This includes quotes, following up on orders, as well as overall direct sales responsibility for established and target customers in the regions. In addition, the ISR will assist the field sales team by providing internal support relative to the development of job opportunities.

    Inside Sales Role:

    • Drives sales results though specific established and target accounts as assigned by each region.
    • Provides account base with superior customer service and maintains regular sales call/email schedule
    • for assigned accounts.
    • Develops and maintains positive relationships to support Regional Sales Managers, outside sales representatives and partner distributors.
    • Develops timely quotations for customers, Regional Sales Managers, outside sales representatives and/or partner distributors.
    • Conducts Pre and Post Sale follow up on quotes, reviews specifications, understands product needs, establishes timelines, and makes alternative recommendations.
    • Learns and navigates Microsoft Navision and all other relevant systems.

    About you:

    • High school graduate.
    • Minimum of 1-3 year of prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers.
    • Possess good listening and communication skills, as well as energy, enthusiasm and endurance.
    • Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise.
