Their fields of expertise include Parts Washing Systems, Automation Equipment, Machinery Rebuilding and Metal Fabrication.

Job Description

• Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints
• Measuring and laying out cut and bend lines
• Setting up and operating metalwork machinery including welders, rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, and shears
• Fabricating and constructing metal components including carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Material shapes include sheet, plate, pipe, tube, angle, channel and beam
• Grinding and finishing completed products
• Performing quality checks throughout a build as well as on completed products
• Completing job reports as required

Job Requirements

• Previous work experience as a metal fabricator
• AWS certification and advanced welding experience
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design and manufacturing procedures
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
• Ability to setup and operate metalworking machinery including welders, rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, and shears
• Ability to fabricate and construct metal components made from carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum
• Ability to work with different material shapes including sheet, plate, pipe, tube, angle, channel and beam
• Ability to lift and manipulate large metal objects
• Good work ethic and ability to collaborate with others on machine builds

• Shift: 1st (6 am - 4 pm, M-TH)
• Pay Rate: $24-$31/hour
