Title: Assembly Technician

Shift: 1st Shift

Salary: $22.00 - $28.00+/hour, depending on experience

Assembly Technician Role:

As Maintenance Technician you will perform assembly, conversion, and repair of hydraulic pumps, motors and hydrostatic drive systems.

Assembly Technician Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot issues using blueprints, schematics, and testing equipment
• Assist and support various warehouse and service center functions as needed
• Stay current with new product and service requirements
• Assemble and test hydraulic assemblies including valves, cartridges, gearboxes, power units, and custom hydraulic integrated circuits (HIC)

Assembly Technician Reporting Relationships:

In this position, you will report to the Warehouse Manager.

About You:

• 2 year technical degree or equivalent level of experience
• Mobile Hydraulics or equivalent trade school is a plus
• Fluid Power (IFPS) Certification
• Strong mechanical interest and high level of mechanical aptitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Team player
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to take and follow direction
• Ability to interpret schematics, CAD prints, and parts diagrams preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, stoop, kneel, and bend
