Title: Hydraulic Fabricator/Assembler

Shift: 4 - 10 hour shifts (Mon-Thurs) + overtime on Fridays as needed

Salary: $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr

A family business with roots in Cleveland, Ohio, our client is a diversified manufacturer of fabricated steel, alloy material, machined components, subassemblies and machinery. Their fields of expertise include Parts Washing Systems, Automation Equipment, Machinery Rebuilding and Metal Fabrication.

Hydraulic Fabricator/Assembler Role

• The Hydraulic Fabricator/Assembler will review projects daily (this includes discussing timelines and potential hurdles that could affect delivery/quality) and also work on the assembly or fabrication that is required for each projects.

Hydraulic Fabricator/Assembler Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting hydraulic schematics and engineering blueprints
• Understanding appropriate materials necessary for each schematic
• Assembly of hydraulic components
• Understanding of how hydraulic systems work
• Measure, cut , fabricate and install hydraulic hose

Hydraulic Fabricator/Assembler Reporting Relationships:

• Will report to Shop Supervisor

About You:

• 3-5+ years of experience with hydraulics 
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics
• Hydraulic assembly/mechanical skills
• Ability to work self-sufficiently - meaning once given the drawings and materials to complete a project, you will be able to complete the work without an abundance of guidance
• Good work ethic, communication skills and ability to collaborate with others
