  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Infrastructure Support Specialist – SharePoint & O365 who will report to the Manager, IT Infrastructure and Operations. This individual will be responsible for supporting Landmark’s core IT infrastructure and associated tools with a focus on Microsoft collaboration tools primarily Microsoft SharePoint and associated collaboration product suite. Extended focus includes critical member service tools, internal collaborative systems and key infrastructure tools. Ensures the continuous operation and delivery of IT services to support Landmark’s associates and members.

     

    1. Provides design, build & configuration support for internal Microsoft collaboration suite deployments to the organization, working closely with internal teams to deliver quality collaboration platforms. Focused primarily on O365 SharePoint experience, with the aim of taking advantage of the full suite of Microsoft collaboration products.
    2. As a member of the Infrastructure Support team responsibilities also include providing secondary support for all systems the team have responsibility for maintaining communications systems, IT security patching & ITSM tools.
    3. Delivers excellent customer service, resolving support requests and ensuring prompt and effective resolutions within agreed service timescales.
    4. Performs maintenance tasks on supported infrastructure and applications during out of hours maintenance windows when required.
    5. Escalates calls where significant service affecting incidents or security breaches occur as appropriate.
    6. Follows standard operating procedures relating to management of the network and security environments.
    7. Completes and maintains accurate documentation.
    8. Performs project work and other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    1. High school diploma or equivalent and four years of professional experience in an IT support role.
    2. Industry recognized qualifications in appropriate areas preferred (e.g. MCSA, MCSE, M365C, CompTIA).
    3. Experience performing design, build & configuration activities in Microsoft SharePoint, preferably in an O365 environment, including site building, content design & management, layout design, configuring user access roles, administration controls and document management.
    4. Demonstrated knowledge of core components of O365 and Azure.
    5. Experience with ITIL based change, request and incident management processes desired.
    6. Experience with supporting server operating systems including knowledge of Microsoft core components such as AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP & DFS.
    7. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to branches.
    8. On-call availability for emergency support calls 24/7 with a half hour response time and off-hours availability for maintenance windows.
    9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently
    10. Demonstrated ability to use judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
    11. Demonstrated experience in balancing multiple priorities and managing a variety of projects in a high-volume work environment with strong attention to detail.
    12. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position. Must understand and comply with all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.
