As a SALES REPRESENTATIVE joining LIBERTY PACKAGING, you will contribute to the growth focusing on both winning new business as well as growing existing customer relationships.

This full-time position reports directly to the Director of Sales and is based out of our corrugated box plant in Fort Worth, Texas (near Highway 820 & Highway 377) with travel throughout Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding area.

Required Skills

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Build a sales and marketing strategy to identify new qualified customers (industries such as: health & beauty, food & beverage, pharmaceutical) and drive new sales opportunities by identifying key decision makers and creating the right approach to reach them
• Initiate customer relationships and close business utilizing a proven sales process
• Leverage our packaging capabilities as you work closely with our talented internal teams – design, customer service, estimating, procurement, logistics – to design custom packaging solutions that meet their needs
• Manage customer expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience
• Continue to cultivate long-term customer relationships as you strive to meet their ongoing packaging needs
• Keep a watchful eye on and be willing to share trends and activities important to our business

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years sales experience (preferred) with a demonstrable track record of growing and closing sales
• Strong prospecting and business development skills
• Competitive drive to win, while ensuring customer's needs are met with speed and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and superior resolution and decision-making skills
