    MONDAY - FRIDAY: 4pm - 9pm, or 6pm-11pm or TUESDAY - FRIDAY: 4pm - 10pm, or 6pm - Midnight or  TUESDAY - THURSDAY: 4pm - 12:30am

    • Accurately and efficiently selects correct merchandise to fill customer orders
    • Use RF scan guns to verify and check on locations and to enter data
    • Completes paperwork as necessary
    • Picks, packs and ships efficiently
    • Builds boxes, labels efficiently
    • Unloads trucks by hands as needed
    • Maintains clean work areas
    • Follows company safety policies and procedures
    • Informs distribution leadership of safety hazards or problem situations
    • Keeps up with required metrics for departments assigned to work
    • Support other job assignments as needed for box making, re-work, returns, stock or as directed by Distribution leadership
    • Other job duties as assigned

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • Ability to read, write and perform basic math
    • Must have legible handwriting
    • Understand and worked on metrics based performance
    • Preferred RF scan gun experience
    • Ability to lift between 35-50lbs as needed
    • Able to stand on cement floors for long periods of time
    • Ability to climb stairs
    • Must be able to work overtime as needed and last minute

  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
    • 2+ years’ experience as an HR Assistant preferably in a manufacturing environment
    • Proficiency in all MS Office programs required
    • HRIS systems knowledge
    • Knowledge of federal, state and local employment–related regulations required
    • Outstanding customer service, verbal, and written skills required
    • Strong planning, collaboration and teamwork skills required
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Strong follow through, accountability, initiative and flexibility required
