    Job Description

    The Patient Advocate serves as a liaison between our patients, their healthcare providers, and various prescription drug assistance options, working to reduce the patients' prescription costs.

    Starting pay $20.00 per hour - Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Make calls to and receive calls from patients, healthcare providers, and assistance programs.
    • Obtain and accurately enter information from patients, healthcare providers, assistance programs, and other Rx Help Centers staff.
    • Provide timely and accurate updates to patients, healthcare providers, assistance programs, and other Rx Help Centers staff.
  • Qualifications

    Required & Essential Skills

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Customer service experience
    • Detail oriented
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Effective time management and organizational skills
    • Data entry experience with general PC knowledge, including email, internet and cloud-based CMS systems
    • Ability to think critically, effectively analyze information and form sound judgements
    • Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, multitask, and adapt in a dynamic work environment
    • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
