Job Description
RxRevu is hiring a Product Manager who can work closely with our internal and external teams to define and prioritize features for our SwiftRx Guide product. You will have responsibility for setting the strategic direction and roadmap for the product, effectively leading discussions with our clients and working with the commercial team to expand our customer base and manage the day-to-day operations in an agile environment. The goal of SwiftRx Guide is to enable Health Systems and providers to maximize value through the use of price transparency and patient access tools.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct analyses to determine product / market fit, define product strategy and roadmap, and establish success metrics
· Partner with commercial and marketing teams to establish and support pricing, go-to-market approach, and sales strategy
· Work with the VP of Product and VP of Engineering to iteratively prioritize the work
· Create feature stories, define dependencies, identify impacts, and build acceptance criteria
· Work closely with the engineering team to plan and manage capacity, estimate and track level of effort, and ensure efficient delivery
· Track, define, and prioritize deliverables
· Work with external stakeholders, clients and customer support to gather feedback, scope and establish continuous improvement work, manage issues, and support new business
· Track and measure product success, including client reporting
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience operating within a product management capacity within the technology sector
· Experience working in an agile environment
· Excellent stakeholder management skills, with proven experience working within cross functional teams
· Experience presenting product vision and roadmaps to a wider audience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
· Understanding of the healthcare value chain and healthcare IT
· Experience with software products with EHR integration
· Experience working in or partnering closely with Health Systems and providers

This is a full-time position based in Denver, Colorado but remote options are available. The successful candidate must already have authorization to work in the United States.
